All orders placed on octobersveryown.com are processed in the order they are received.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 5 business days
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day
  • During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Canada & United States

  • Standard Shipping: $14
  • Free Shipping: on orders over $150
  • Estimated Delivery:
    • Canada: 5–10 business days after processing time
    • US: 10-15 business days after processing time

International Orders

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days
  • Estimated Delivery: 5-10 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs clearance
  • Delivery times may vary due to local carrier or customs processing

Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees
  • These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout
  • Depending on the destination, these fees may be collected either at checkout or upon delivery

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are currently unable to ship to PO boxes; a valid physical address is required for all deliveries
  • We are unable to ship to U.S. military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier:

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages
  • However, we’re happy to support customers in filing a claim with the carrier to help try to resolve the issue

  • This is a pre-order item. Final product may differ slightly from the render and details shown.
  • Estimated shipment time is approximately 12 weeks from the order confirmation.
  • The ICEMAN OG Hoodie is final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, modifications or cancellations.

  • This product is made to order with an estimated shipment timeline of 4-6 weeks from time of order confirmation

  • Made to order with a personalized International OG patch
  • Please allow 14–16 weeks from order confirmation for production and shipment
  • All custom items are final sale and cannot be modified, cancelled, returned, or exchanged
  • All items purchased in the same order of the International OG Hoodie will be shipped at the same time.

  • All BE@RBRICK purchases are final sale. No modifications, cancellations, returns, or exchanges
