SHIPPING POLICY

All orders placed on octobersveryown.com are processed in the order they are received.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 5 business days
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day
  • During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Canada & United States

  • Standard Shipping: $14
  • Free Shipping: on orders over $150
  • Estimated Delivery:
    • Canada: 5–10 business days after processing time
    • US: 10-15 business days after processing time

US Order Processing Notice

  • Due to annual inventory counting, US orders placed between October 5–9, 2026 will begin shipping on or after Tuesday, October 13, 2026. We appreciate your patience while we complete this process.

International Orders

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days
  • Estimated Delivery: 5-10 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs clearance
  • Delivery times may vary due to local carrier or customs processing

Duties, Taxes & Customs (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees
  • These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout
  • Depending on the destination, these fees may be collected either at checkout or upon delivery

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are currently unable to ship to PO boxes; a valid physical address is required for all deliveries
  • We are unable to ship to U.S. military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier:

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages
  • However, we’re happy to support customers in filing a claim with the carrier to help try to resolve the issue

  • All BE@RBRICK purchases are final sale. No modifications, cancellations, returns, or exchanges
  • All orders ship with signature required upon delivery

Limited Edition Britto Print

  • All Britto purchases are final sale. No modifications, cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
  • All orders ship with signature required upon delivery
  • Prints will be shipped rolled in a tube with special instructions to open.

Degrassi Pre-Order

  • Estimated shipment time is approximately 12 weeks from the order confirmation.
  • The Degrassi Fleece Varsity, Degrassi Vintage Crewneck, Degrassi Hoodie, and Degrassi Sweatpant are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, modifications or cancellations.
  • All items purchased in the same order of the Degrassi pre-order will be shipped at the same time. If you would like items that are not on pre-order to arrive earlier we recommend making separate orders.
