CANADIAN & US RETURNS:
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
October’s Very Own stands behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a store credit. Store credit may be used in store or online. Return shipping is now free in Canada & The US.
Returns must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
- Returns that are damaged, worn, or without original tags intact will not be accepted.
- Collaborations and limited releases are final sale.
- Undergarments, bodysuits, and swimwear are final sale.
- We do not accept returns for items not purchased from October's Very Own.
- Once your returned item(s) have been received and verified, a store credit in the form of an electronic gift card will be issued to the account of the email address used to place the order. For items purchased as gifts, the gift card will be issued to the gift recipient. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return has been received for the gift card to be issued. During high volume periods, orders may be delayed and processed outside this window.
- The gift card will be in the amount paid for product only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All sale items are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Policy
Online purchases that need to be exchanged would have to be returned to the warehouse for a store credit, and then the preferred item purchased in a new order by the customer. Items returned must meet the return criteria above.
Online purchases can also be exchanged in-store in the original country of purchase. Items returned must meet the return criteria above.

You may also bring your item(s) to any of our stores for an exchange or return to store credit. A proof of purchase is required, and items must meet the return criteria above.
In-store purchases can only be returned for a store credit or exchange in store, in the original country of purchase. In-store purchases cannot be returned online. Items returned must meet the return criteria above.

Custom International OG Hoodie
This item is made to order with a personalized International OG patch. Please allow 14–16 weeks from purchase confirmation for production and shipment.
Custom items are final sale and not eligible for modification, cancellation, return or exchange.
International OG Tee
This is a pre-order product with an estimated shipment timeline of 4-6 weeks from time of purchase confirmation. Because this item is made just for you, it is final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, modifications or cancellations.

Please note that our UK store only accepts returns for items purchased in-store. Online orders cannot be returned to the UK store.

EU Right Of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may:

- Complete and submit the Model Withdrawal Form; or
- Contact us at info@octobersveryown.net
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received for the returned goods, including the original standard shipping charge, once the return has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
Items may be inspected and tried on to assess their nature, characteristics, and fit. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for such assessment, including where items have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, soiled, or otherwise returned in a condition that prevents resale as new.
This Right of Withdrawal is separate from and in addition to our standard Return Policy.
